Joanne was born and raised in Bronx, New York and has been a FL resident for the last 3 decades. She’s trustworthy, motivated, kind-hearted and goal oriented. She has been married to her husband, Alvin, for 27 years. They have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren; affectionately known as “GMA”. She’s a great cook and specializes in Dominican cuisine. She enjoys family gatherings and vacations. Joanne has been working in the title industry for the last 25 years and loves every aspect of it. Her vast experience and knowledge gave her the confidence to finally open her own title agency. Joanne has excellent communication skills, takes pride and enjoyment in being part of helping others obtain home ownership.
